I may know a guy who is in that area. I will check with him and get back to you.

Hank, I sent a message to him. My friend lives in Minot, flys a Super Cub, (oh well)), and used to make some neat Taylorcraft tools. About ten years ago he was making axle lifts so you you change a tire or work on the brakes. Anyway, I will let you know when he replies.
