So, if you know of someone in Texas looking for flight training, I've just about got my operation set up the way I want it starting out. Just got the bungees replaced.
Out of curiosity, how is the interest in the sport pilot license down there? I'm working on getting my sport pilot in Alaska. I think there is only a handful of sport pilots up here. If that many..not real popular. I ran into problems finding an examiner although I've got that figured out. just curious.
I have about 28 hours towards my private pilot that I got in 75 and also still have the same medical cert, is the cert still good, reading from the latest news as long as I have had a drivers lic. it is and what is needed for sport pilot?
The medical/student pilot certificate would be expired. All you would have to do is go to the FAA or a DPE and have them issue you a new student pilot certificate to go along with your drivers' license, and your good to go for training. Your 28 hours of flight time will also still be good, but in reality you will need to go over everything again.
