My M came with an open cowl. Looks like just baffling difference.

The customer thinks it "looks better". I told him I'd ask.
I don't believe I can since we went to the Luscombe Exhaust.

BTW, this was when we had the L-2 and the L-3 side by side.

When we used them at the flight school there was a nose mold for a fiberglass nose piece. The rest was aluminum stock formed to fit the firewall shape. Many of the fuselages were converted gliders but the cowls fit all of them pretty well. The cowl your'e removing is unique to the M so don't lose it. I have some cowls but always looking for other parts and complete cowls.
