Looks like a CYA to force repair shops to buy only new Volare parts and discard their stash of cores that have been a traditional source of spare parts

There was an article that I read about a Chinese copy of a MS carb that was not quite right....but it also had to do with other manufacturers like Kelly aerospace. It was their way to try and corner the market from what I was reading. Tim
