This is what I found when I shoved a camera above the headliner on my 'new' T-Craft. It is definitely a home-made affair and probably worked fine until the brazing broke loose on the nut.

That actually looks like a fairly neat set-up, as long as the nut is a REALLY loose thread fit.
I had hoped to get out to the airport today (first time since the blizzard) but this morning my computer crashed and I just spent 3 hours getting it cleaned up and back on line. I hope to make a run right after lunch.
