The Dalstrom is the curved piece of metal that goes from the leading edge of the fin to the top of the fuselage to make the fabric smooth along the bottom of the leading edge.
I have one in the barn, if I can find it. It would be fairly easy to make a wood buck to make one from thin sheet metal. It is the kind of thing that I can't imagine your IA having a problem with a part being made on the spot since it doesn't carry any loads and only smooths the fabric.
