Hi All I'm replacing my spar's ! Does anyone know the Dimension and Tolerance of the front & rear spar? Front 3/4 (.750") x 5 3/4 + or - ?, Rear 5/8 (.625) x 41/2" +or - ?

That sounds like the dimensions I used and according to the Aircraft Inspection, Repair & Alterations manual published by the FAA used as acceptable methods techniques, & practices, you can use your old part as a guide to make your new spar. Worked for me. Good luck
