  • c-150 exhaust on f19

Hey I am new to this forum and a new taylor craft owner. I have a f19 that has a c 150 ehaust on it and I have no paper work on it. I was wondering if anybody knew of a stc that is out for it or if anyone is working on one.

    Hey,
There is a copy of a 337 for installing the Cessna 150 exhaust on an F19 in the technical resources of the foundation web-site. Congratulations for owning an F19--they are really nice airplanes!

Unfortunately the faa does not do field approvals for exhaust anymore. They told me i would need an stc or to go through the process and make my own

With one of the 337 in tech resource area, would AC 23-27 apply? Have to make sure all part numbers match previous installation. If I understand the AC, supporting data is previous 337, new 337 approved by IA and, with supporting data, sent directly to OK City for inclusion with aircraft records.

IAW what document? Have them prove it. Anchorage tried that shit with me this summer and I just kept pushing back until I got what I needed from them.

Juneau has been doing most of the Alaska field approvals, as long as your paperwork is in order they should not be able to stop it. Tim
