1. Copy of Airworthiness Certificate and Limitations
2. Answer CFR AC 43.210
3. Fulfill requirements of Handbook 8900.1 Vol. 4 Chapter 9
4. Details of performance change (if any) EGT, temp changes (if any) etc... If so, entries need to be made in pilot op specs
5. Comply with ongoing airworthiness requirements insert in aircraft records
6. Proof of instrument calibration so cockpit readings are true with respect to engine performance from exhaust change.
