My L-2M was damaged by high winds last week. Snapped one of the aileron control rods and bent the other. I have factory drawings but D-8020 image is so poor I can't make out the dimensions other than length of 3-7/16 inches.
Looks like peak gusts were over 100mph and blasted the airplane from tail-to-nose. Even with an aileron lock and the original control lock, the left aileron buffeted so much that it snapped the control rod.
Any ideas of where I can find the specifics for this part? The rod ends themselves look okay. I just need to get the threaded piece.
