I woke up,
I lifted my arms,
I moved my knees,
I turned my neck....

Everything made the same noise:

....I came to the conclusion: I am not old, I am crispy!!!

I got up yesterday morning. I smoked the pork roast in the Traeger grill for 5 hours. I smoked the Anaheim and Jalapeno peppers too. I cut the roast into bite size cubes and browned it with the sliced up peppers in a big skillet. I put it all in the crock pot with the kidney beans, the pinto beans, the black beans and a can of corn. I put in the chili powder. I put in the vegetable stock. I cooked it all night. I added the onion this morning. I cooked it on low all day. I just ate a couple of pounds of it. I got heartburn.

I concluded I'm too old for this.....
