Leaders of Tomorrow

I was listening to a radio program on science and this little tidbit came up in the discussion:
A randomly chosen group of graduates from Harvard University were asked to explain what is the cause of seasonal temperature change. That is, why is it hot in summer and cold in winter? Ninety percent of them were unable to give a reasonable explanation.

These are members of the "privileged elite" that run this country. Scary.
