Being from Denver:This past season we had the 0-4 World Series defeat by the Boston Red Sox. I've watched the Celtics become about the best Pro-Basketball team I've seen in a while. AND, the Patriots are 18-0 today... on their way to the Super-Bowl and as of this morning 7 to 9point favorites against the Giants.
Might I say you Boston fans are taking all this mighty well and are not near as insufferable as I imagine I'd be under the same circumstance. So, you're not just compotent sport-wise... you're nice about it too. "The Curse of the Bambino" seems to have become tarnished and is in fact pretty damned whimpy lately. Yeah that's it... your sacred sports curse is crap now. Your beloved Bambino curse is whimpy voodoo garbage now!!! Your Grandmothers and Grandfathers can all die happy and satisfied now and you can start some new curse from scratch all over again.
If you're a pro-sports fan... all roads lead to the big-dig these days. From there sports history just seems to recycle around the center of Bean-town. A rather amazing year for you guys. Congratulations... New England!
