The Greengrocer
Mr.Green the grocer was a randy old fellow, and he had taken on a young female assistant to help in the shop. She was a bit of a game lass herself, and not averse to 'helping out in the stockroom' from time to time.
One day, it was a bit quiet in the shop, so Miss Handy was giving Mr.Green a bit of manipulation behind the counter in exchange for some cash from the till.
Suddenly the door opens and in walks a customer. The assistant swiftly plonks Mr.Green's meat and two veg into the open cash drawer and lays his coat over the top to hide his embarrassment.
She serves the customer, and engages in some polite conversation. As the customer leaves he says;
"Mr. Green looks happy today."
"Yes," replies the assistant,
"He's just come into some money"
