On the news the other day they showed Chuck Shumer democratic senator from New York at the airport crying for the plight of the 12 folks that had been detained. It was presented as a noble and compassionate view of Schumer.

You may recall about 5 or 8 years ago the republican speaker of the house John Boehner was tearful about something at that time and CNN had reporters talking about it and calling him the "weeper of the house" instead of the speaker.
