70-Year-Old Italian Man Hires Escort Who Turns Out To Be Son’s Girlfriend

An elderly Italian man who hired an escort when he went out of town was baffled after his son’s girlfriend showed up.

The 70-year-old man, from Treviso, a city in northern Italy, booked the escort from the adjacent city of Vicenza, only to be shocked when he realized that she was his 40-year-old son’s girlfriend, the New York Daily News reports.

His son’s South American girlfriend had led the family to believe that she worked as a waitress.

When they met, both of them decided not to go ahead with their arrangement for the evening.

But the elderly man contemplated whether to tell his son that his significant other was not a waitress as everyone thought, but a call girl.

The father decided to be honest with his son, and told him the truth. The son did not take the news well and the two got into a heated argument.

According to The Local, the incident happened a while ago, but only came to public attention when the son sued his father for injuries.

It was unclear if the couple is still together

    Re: Ol man hires escort

I spend a very pleasant 2 years in Verona which is just a ways up the Auto Strada from Vicenza, courtesy of Uncle Sam's fighting forces.

I found the young ladies in Northern Italy to be a real treat to know. They were a bit conservative and cautious (who would not be), but generally attractive, intelligent, and very enjoyable to socialize with. I met a pretty little redhead that was way above my level socially (I was like 18 and unfamiliar with the ways of the world.) She would go to France in the summer and teach English there. Her father ran a big bank. Good thing it fizzled out after I returned to the states. I probably would have really screwed up her life. Chuckle.

Then there was the strikingly beautiful girl who lived in a village in the hills above Verona, Ah yes. People in Northern Italy, with very rare exceptions, were really nice to me--I suppose that fact that I took two semesters of Italian at night so I could talk to them and didn't expect them to speak English may have helped.

But mostly there I ran around town with a bunch of Italian college kids who were about my age. Think that wasn't an experience for a naive country boy.
