    I recently found this one again. A reference may already be on the forum.

    Rather interesting if you look at the stop sequence photos of the pulsed smoke display. Note the position of the smoke pulse as it departs the trailing edge as compared to the "ambient" flow at the top and same at the bottom if there were more pulses extending downward.

    Appears to depart considerably from the popular description of what happens in reference to velocity at the trailing edge. The very first time I saw this I found it most interesting.
