Barrowed some skis from Forrest and put them on 43754. Had a lot of fun! Made some stops this morning and went to breakfast. I think they may become a habit...

Great pictures, Ryan, looks like a lot of fun. We can't get enough snow, anymore, to even contemplate skis. That plane really stands out in these pictures, you guys did a really nice job in restoring her.
    Cheers,
    Marty

Thanks for the pics. I have two sets of skis from a Luscombe purchase but even the few times in my life we have had snow in central Calif. there wouldn't be enough to use ski's. Looks like fun.

thank u Ryan ; Emma had a great day too!! David Ienan Lewis ( 140 here) just had another Emma , his grand daughter . It was a great day , Denny Dillion stopped by on wheels with his BC-12D-85 . I flew my F-19 on wheels . I guess the Pacer could have done it.

Don't worry Emma already told grandpa that he has to get skis for the pacer. She had a blast ski flying. Congrats to ienan!

I put the skis on my Cub....I have a few hours on my Cub now since I finished the restore in November....I last flew her in 1992....it's big fun, but I really still like my Taylorcraft better. I do like having choices though!

Dano, not traditional I know but I like that paint scheme. Actually I like both schemes here and may imatate the yellow and black or do the same in red and cream. L
