Looking for Richard Gross up in the Alliance/Minerva Ohio area.

I'm trying to find a certified A&P Mechanic named Richard Gross. I bought N95777 ( Formerly owned by Bruce Bixler), a BC12D Taylorcraft back in September 2011. There are some issues regarding engine time on the maintenance log. It was last given a yearly in August 2011 by Richard Gross. I have been unable to find this person. Does anyone know him?
