Floats off...again. Weatherwise this year!

Ak Tribe...Our lake layed ice a couple of nights ago...this year I was ahead of the game and got the floats off without having to dig the plane out of the snow...much easier. My bungees have been on and off a bunch of times...if you're careful you can install and remove them without damage...I usually do it alone, but prefer an extra pair of hands.
We have about 4 inches of clear, new ice...won't be long before skiis will be in order. Lookin' for visitors...so stop in anytime...maybe wait for little more ice. Dick
