Remove the Logo?

Does anyone know how the taylorcraft White logo comes out of the center of the control wheel? see photo. I know that there is a screw and nut holding on the plastic cover but I need to get to the head of the screw behind the white logo.
This is on a 1982 F21

its held on with Silicon. lots of Silicon.

Probably silicone.

yeah, I think you can only get Silicon from a Federal correctional facility. I'm sure it was Silicone.... I still love my iPhone's help with spelling, not sure that was a word??
