  • wrecked T-craft in Punta Gorda

If anyone on the site knowes who owns the damaged Taylorcraft in the photo, my friend Jim has a BC-65 fuselage that is straight but missing several (three I think), short tubes. They were taken out of it to repair corrosion in mine when it was being restored. The fueselage is sound, we have tail feathers for it, and doors. No gear legs, and no wings, some wing parts. If someone knows the person, please let me know by answering me on this thread. We would rather someone who lost a plane get it than someone who is just looking for a project Taylorcraft.
When we saw that poor plane it made us sick. I can imagine how the pilot must feel right now, this might give them hope.

Thanks Howard, I'll call information and get his phone number, and try to get hold of him.
