  • Bungee tools available 2/21

    Hi all,

I had a number of calls about bungee tools and finally got off my duff and started a batch of 10 this week.

They work on B and F models.

I expect that they will be assembled and ready to go by Monday 2/21.

If you happen to need or want a tool message me.

Sorry for the delay with this for those of you that have been waiting.

I have kept the price at $93 since about 1998 by cost reducing the tool but my costs are up so I have to charge $99 for the tool now. Add $14 postage & insurance for a total of $113. Postage is priority flat rate so it goes anywhere in the US for that.

I continue to give a satisfaction guarantee, if you don't like the tool send it back for refund. So far I have never had a complaint.

We've used ours on a few occasions and swapping bungees is ridiculously easy with this tool. Love it.

At $99 it's a no brainer. Honestly, I think the tool is worth far more than $99. I'd have paid double for as easy as it makes changing the bungees.

This tool makes it a breeze to change the bungees and furthermore is a safe way of doing it compared to the way I could imagine some try doing without the tool.

Drude, Thank You for making this tool available.

Got to meet Dave yesterday and also got my new bungee tool. Great guy and good tool. Anyone that doesn't have one of these needs to invest in one. It makes it so much easier and safer to replace the bungees. Best $100 I ever spent.

                    Re: Bungee tools available 2/21

Sounds like its time to make another batch of these tools.

Some components have an increased price so I need to re-figure the overall price.

Some materials are purchased in bulk so the costs can be quite old and now some need to be replenished at a higher cost.

The last batch was $113 including shipping.

My best guess is that the increase will be nominal, ie less than $10.

I don't have an ETA yet for the completion of the batch but will figure that out.

Does anyone need a tool ASAP because they have a bungee problem?

                    Dave
