So it costs $400 for the stc basic and another $150 if you want to change the weight also for this stc, if you haven't already had the stc from an earlier conversion that is.
Hmm I might be changing my rebuild.

        Hi Michael,

I don't follow what you are trying to say.

I followed the thread and from what I read that is how much they are asking for the stc now if you already didn't recieve permission from the previous owners of the stc to upgrade to the larger engine.

What they are saying there and this is dated 5-27-2010 is that the STC SA1-210 formally known as the Gilberti/Harer STC which allows you to install the 85hp cont. instead of the 65hp cont is now owned by them and they will sell it to anyone that wants it with all the required paperwork to make it legal for FAA purposes.
The cost is $400 for just the engine mod and another $150 more if you want to increase your payload.
They will provide all the paperwork filled out with your plane ID.
If you already recieved permission from the previous owners of the STC and did the work but lost the paperwork they will for a small charge replace the paperwork, they say that they do have some records showing some of the aircraft that recieved permission but the records are incomplete.
