  • Forrest Barber-test pilot

I was looking thru my logbooks on my F-19, and noticed the VERY FIRST entry was by one Forrest Barber that test flew the plane in 1978-fresh off the assembly line.

    (Serial # 111)

He proudly deemed the ship good to go, and it has ben ever since.

I flew the F-19's for Charles & Dorothy Feris from Ser#72-73 up to the end with #154. I alternated with Ken Luginbuhl & Carl Dye... we had a lot of fun & the price abck then was $8.00 per hour.....

          Crooked F-19's

At least 56 of those F-19's flew so "crooked" they found their way to Alaska! Keep sending them up here...! Dick
