The "Tex Hill Squadron" of the CAF is hosting a fly-in / airshow at HDO starting with a fly-by of round-engine iron @ 4P on Friday, May 14th. The CAF B-25 "Yellow Rose" and others will be there. Anyone interested in filling in the TC section for Saturday? As a CAF member of the "Gulf Coast Wing", y'all can be my guests...or we can roast weanies at 1T8 at the Assend Dragon Aviation repair facility burning off the extra butyrate dope laying around (LOL)! The "Coyote Squadron" of the CAF is having a flyin/Airsho on May 8 at Corsicana Tx (KCRS). Activities begin at 10:00 A.M. Saturday morning. In additional to several WW II vintage aircraft (B-25, TBM, TORA Flight) there will be formation flying by the Falcon Flight (VANS RVs) and the V-Tails (Bonanzas). The Texas Heatwave RC club will also have demontration flights. At least 2 Tctaft L-2s will be there along with several WW II trainers.
