I'm sure this subject has been discussed before, I just can't find it.
The data plate on my engine is one of those blank sheets of metal that's been painted about 3 times and the only markings are A-75 and a S/N. I would like to open up the engine and carburetor (Stromberg) to make sure I have the right parts installed. My engine overhaul and parts manual shows the difference in A65 and A75 parts but I have no reference material on the Stromberg carb. I am looking for the proper info regarding jet sizes and venturi size for that carb on the A75. Also what is the scoop on installing and using a mixture cable?
