WalMart has a plastic polish made by Meguiars called PlastX. It's $5 for a 10 oz. bottle and claims to "removes fine scratches, cloudiness, and stubborn oxidation"..."restore clarity to clear plastics"..."cutting edge advancements in micro-abrasive technology"
Before using the stuff on my windshield, I got a piece of scrap plexiglass and scuffed it with 100 grit sandpaper, then polished half of it with the PlastX. The first application didn't do much of anything, so I kept at it and ended up going over the 12 square inch piece 4 times in a period of about 5 minutes. I figured that's the equivalent of spending 8 hours polishing a windshield.
The photo shows the result, the polished portion is on the left...the right side is untouched, sandpaper scuffed. PlastX did remove most of the fine scratches, but didn't do much at all for the deeper scratches. (To be fair, the deep scratches on my test piece will catch a fingernail, they are much deeper than any on my windshield.)
Next, I'll go after the side windows on the T and see if it does anything for them.
