Re: Best of 2009 Taylorcraft photos

We don't have mountains or snow or float planes or even much water, so maybe I can get honorable mention for sheer quantity?

Great pictures guys! Here is Judy taking off from Minerva Airfield with the '41 while she was building solo time prior to the long cross country. Just this week received her official plastic certificate from Oklahoma! She still has a smile on her face from passing the checkride.

Picture of my BC12-D taken by a Champ in formation. Time was late in the afternoon last summer a little before sunset. The picture was taken with a blackberry

Old '23876 didn't fly enough this year, but she did go home in July

Hi Andrew, ahhh yes....... I remember back in the day when we would have 50 or more T-crafts come home for the Old Timers reunion....

Thanks for posting the picture of the Taylorcraft factory. Sure do wish we could get some more to come home again, at least for a visit.

This picture marks the occasion of acquiring my bird and joining the Taylorcraft world in early 2009. And to acknowledge my appreciation to instigator, mentor and friend Bill Berle and to the great resource of the people in this forum. Pict taken at Camarillo on the way home in January.

I loved Falcon Field and Mesa. My Dad's last hangar was M-10. Had an Ercoupe. Flew it home to Indiana. What a fun trip.

Test flying an F19 after restoring it--After working on it for so long it was great to finally fly it and the F19 is just a really fun airplane to fly.
