  • one wing done

Attached are the pictures of my first completed wing. It has been 39 years since I first put the Orange sunburst on the same wings. It was done in poly fiber and Ranthane. I could go on for about an hour on what I have learned about Ranthane. I am pleased with the results but this stuff is about twice as hard to deal with as any PPG or DuPont Urethane I have sprayed. In the end I had no runs and just some minor dust that will be buffed out. The Next wing should go twice as fast and the control surfaces are ready for silver. If all goes well It may make Oshkosh next year. Thaks as always for all the help from this group.
