Model A questions

I am in the process of restoring an A Model. Part of the restoration
will include installing an A-65. Would someone with an A model please
measure their fuselage engine mount bolt centers both horizontially and vertically? There is a discrepancy between the engine mount plans and my fuselage. Any tips on the conversion would be appreciated.

Did the A Model use a 1 1/2 inch wide tailwheel spring? If someone has a spring
they are interested in parting with, please advise.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Don't know about the fuselage, but the measurements for the A-65 engine case can be found in the overhaul manual for the C-series.

(Now that makes sense, right?)
