Overhaul Imperial Brass Primer

Greetings, this is my first post. I have an original primer in my '46 BC-12D. It started leaking(barely) out the stem. The leather seals look to be in good condition. The rest of the primer is in very good condition. Does any know if someone is overhauling these? I would guess that nos leather seals have dissapeared. Any other options outside of replacing it with a modern version?

barely? Try lubing it with a couple drops of oil. The leather seals have to be hand cut to replace....
