Since there have been no other responses to your query, I thought I would at least let you know that Mr. Harer passed away several weeks ago. I suspect someone will obtain ownership of the STC and offer it for sale again in the near future. How long that may be, I have no idea. Until then, if you are in the middle of a restoration, you can review the previous posts and see the main items to modify.
