Sad in Seattle

While in Seattle this weekend, I took the afternoon off on Saturday to get recurrent on floats (1.7 hrs, 6 water landings). This Stinson 108 needs a "redo" to be able to sail/fly again. Those of you who are flying floats in the PNW have my envy. Doc

Hmmmmm......looks familliar..... how is Jim? I wondered when he'd quit flying that Stinson...she was getting pretty weak the last time I saw it...but it sure made a good float pilot to get it off the water!
