    Happy Birthday Forrest!

    Forrest, I just saw down below that it's your birthday today. Congratulations, and many happy returns of the day to a great resource (and a great pilot). I'm looking forward to your continuing to help others for many more great years!

    Yes, happy birthday Forrest, and thanks for all of your help, not only for me, but to everyone who owns, has flown, or is just interested in Taylorcrafts and aviation in general.

                And Yesterday Was the 50th Anniversary of His First Solo!

                A little birdie told me later that yesterday was the 50th anniversary of Forrest's first solo - that's right, he soloed on his 16th birthday!

                Congrats on that too!

                              Forrest, age is just a number and I dont' count them anymore. Everyday I get up is a birthday. Many happy more.
