STC for Solar Panel

Anyone know of a STC for installing a solor panel on a DCO-65? My AI says I need one. I use the panel to charge my battery for my handheld and GPS.

If the handheld and GPS are not permanently installed, then just use a non-installed solar panel also and you don't need an STC. Just place the solar panel in place after each flight and put it in the baggage pouch when not in use.
