Maine Bushwacker Flyin aug 16th

We are having the 2nd annual bush flyin in rumford,me. The strip is between rt 2 and the androscoggin river. Plenty of float and wheel parking. All welcome and free camping. Band sat night and adult beverages after flying is done. Would like to see more t craft there. The coordinates are. 44* 31' 22.33" N 70*32' 47.88" W. Last year was a great success and lots of fun. Thnaks forrest. I also hope to get west and do a little more socializing. Hope the economy improves enough. I have received a few emails concerning strip, so here is a link of a friend landing last year the day before the flyin.

A keg of shipyard summer ale has arrived and is on ice. Over 100 t-bone portehouse are on order and will be delivered friday for the meal saturday night. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be given away until the big mea sat. We have a great jazz band coming sat as well. Head those t-craft towards rumford, me and we will feed you . Some guys have indicated they are coming as early as thursday. Hoping for good weather and to see you there.
