ceramic coated Diesel truck exhaust systems hold the exhaust gas temps inside the pipe farther down the exhaust and helps scavenge the exhaust away from the engine. I am sure would have the same effect on a T Craft exhaust.

I would do some testing on the carb heat transfer or leave the pipe un coated throught the heat exchanger.

I will coat the entire pipe, then do some tests on carb heat temps. If I have to, I can make the muff bigger. If that doesn't work, I can always sand away the coating under the muff, but I'd be surprised if it came to that.
