    Bob could you post a pictire of the doubler you fabed? My wings are (I'm resonably sure original) and are w/o the doubler on rib#15,getting this while I can

      Here's a picture of the doubler I made. I don't remember the aluminum thickness I used, but it's the same as the original rib. I used hole saws to cut the lightening holes. The flange is about 1/2 inch wide and had little "V's" cut into it so it would follow the curve. It's attached to the original rib with #4 PK screws.

      The second photo shows the wood forming block I used. Those round wood blocks on top fit inside the lightening holes and held the rib in place while I hammered down the flange.
