With all our current interest in drain holes and such, I'm compelled to revisit SB 78-001, which in the case of N44305, was complied with 2 years ago at the pre-purchase/annual inspection. Since I've never noticed any evidence (seepage) similar to the LPS3 still exiting the wing strut drain holes, I'm thinking it might be prudent to reapply Tubeseal, but can't imagine being able to fill the struts adequately, while still attached to the aircraft, with only one hole at the bottom. Would it not be logical to drill a top hole as well, then fill to overflow, etc?
While on the drain hole subject, are all the hole locations listed for the F19 present on the BC12D?
