Good idea, 10 bucks as I recall, and worth a lot more. Huge amount of information on a CD. Really good read.

Wade, If you bought it as a non airworthy airplane , what you see is what you get. If the plane was still in annual when you got it then you may have a case, if it was out of annual there is no way to prove it was flown with the modifications made to it. just my 2 cents worth. Keith

I have...), and is basically trying just to get rid of the guy that bought it??? I've run into a few of these guys and I think they STINK!! It makes a HUGE black eye on every legitimate mechanic and IA out there!!!
Wade, I think you have the right idea in asking your friend.

        Hi John,

I think you are right about that, if that is what happened, and I hope I didn't diminish the importance of it, if that occurred.

I guess if the guy did that it could be a mistake or malice.

Everybody mistakes, the only difference between us is how we handle it when we do.

        Malice is obviously worse.

I suspect it would be difficult to nail a guy for that infraction, especially after the passage of time and the fact that he presently refuses to return it to service.

        Thanks for your comments.

        Dave
