Just noticed on the factory site they posted a link today to the proposed fitting AD. I love the part that says contact Taylorcraft for parts and repair procedures, I'm sure they'll be a big help!

FYI. See the attached public document available online at the Texas Secretary of State's website regarding the factory. http://www.sos.state.tx.us/ Their corporate charter has been forfeited.

I think it just means they took it back because he hasn't paid taxes. The new guys will probably chip in and pay those or his family will come forward or....

and he'll still be with us. Notice that it doesn't say anything about him being out of business just that they took back his charter.

If there is no valid LLC the individual parties will have a
more difficult time trying to hide from personal liability.

According to the State of Texas, Corp Section , the Taylorcraft LLC, Incorporators , Harry & Darlene Ingram, have the right to pay up any back Corporate Taxes and be "reinstated" as Taylorcraft LLC.

According to the State of Texas, Corp Section , the Taylorcraft LLC, Incorporators , Harry & Darlene Ingram, have the right to pay up any back Corporate Taxes and be "reinstated" as Taylorcraft LLC.

Time to market some more vaporware.
