  • Looking for Continental open Cowling and pics

    I'm in the market for an 'airworthy' or repairable open Continental upper and lower cowling. This would be for a model "B" not an L-Bird as they appear to be different. If you have pics of your open cowled Continental I'd really like to see them. A description of # of rivets in the sheet to nose bowl joints, type of fasteners, hole size and position would be appreciated. There is an amazing variety of versions out there. Trying to determine which is applicable. Thanks. Howard

        My open cowled BC-65 is in the shop at Bay Bridge now waiting for a carb overhaul. Come by and take a look if you want.
