    I note that someone has a couple of rolls of original Taylorcraft rib wire for sale on E-Bay. He says it is the original stuff with correct spacing between barbs, not Martin wire. Just thought I would mention if anyone is looking for wire.

    just wondering how your project is coming along.Last time we spoke you were debating C85 v's C90 .

      Take a good look at the photo of the rib wire on ebay. It looks like it might be rusty. Or maybe just old eyes playing tricks again!

        Hi Robert,

        I completed my project last summer and test flew the plane last November. I put in a C-90 which runs great and provides great performance. Problem is, my plane resides in a hangar in North Bay, Ontario while I now live in Vancouver, B.C.! Great airports close by, but long wait lists for hangar space, and very expensive.
