  • Elongated holes

I have a 1946 BC-12D . Our holes in the wing attach points lower on the frame (A-A11) seem to be elongated and there is some movement when we push up and down on the end of the wing. Has anyone else had this problem and know of a fix?
    Thanks Scott

    Re: Elongated holes

I think Bill Berle's(I hope I spelled that correctly) photo gallery can help solve all your problems. Follow these links and look threw his entire gallery. It will certainly help you with your fix and might make you want to ad a skylight while your at it.LOLhttp://gallery.taylorcraft.org/main.php?g2_itemId=3332 . The wing attach fitting repairs start on the second page of his gallery.
I wish someone would explain to me one more time how to copy & post pics without having to open two pages and type out the entire address.

      Re: Elongated holes

I had problems finding the lower strut atttach fitting repair on Bill's ship, the A-A11 is the one he is talking about. I see upper butt fittings . e-mail me direct about that fitting for an approved repair. . thanks Forrest [email protected]
