Well, I flew the T-craft on the 19th of November just before it was grounded by the AD. Then flew it again today, February 3rd. That was too long in between. Felt good to be back in the air again on a beautiful sunny winter day with the temps in the 60's. The ground was soft from recent rains and we were slinging mud but went anyway. This whole strut debacle is a stain in the annals of Taylorcraft history. We have the same struts on the plane but they sure look nice with that fresh poly paint on them. Keep your shoes off them!
