What is largest borescope that will fit to do the fuselage fitting inspection?

Anyone tried to use a 10mm borescope for the strut fitting inspection?

SB says use a 1/4".

Will a 10mm borescope go in behind the fitting in or do you have to use a 1/4" (6mm) as in the SB?

Answered my own question, just went and measured.

The 10mm scope might squeeze in the fitting but would drag and unable to move freely, might even get stuck.

I guess the 1/4" or 6mm borescope is what is needed as the SB indicates.

I used an 8mm borescope. It took some effort but with the struts removed I was able to verify the condition of my fittings.
