  • Lost logs

I can't find my folder with logs and STCs. My AP says he gave him back to me, I don't think he did. If they are gone forever, what is the process?

    Re: Lost logs

Your STC's are available thru the FAA. Go online and request records by tail # and SN#. A CD or your entire aircraft history will cost you $10.

This has nothing to do with logs other than paper showing engine and airframe times up thru the 50's at each airworthiness renewal. If yo have not already done this, it is very interesting reading.

relax a moment and double check for them. The CD should be with all aircraft anyhow, get it and go from there. Any other problems give us a shout that is why we are all here!

Great news. My AP had given then to his office staff. They are safe and sound.
