Anyone have a suggestion where to find an aggressive, sharp, attorney who is familiar with or specializes in aviation cases?

I was thinking about checking with the AOPA, although I don't think I would want to use one of their attorneys; likely too much baggage.

I sent you a PM response, sorry for the delay.

There are one or two attorneys that advertise in Pacific Flyer specializing in aviation cases. No idea if they're just FAA "license suspension defendant" types or what.

The guy you're really looking for is a guy named Jeffrey Feiger. I once saw a trial on Court TV or some documentary where he was just dismembering someone on the stand. He is a frightening but very sharp guy. I have no idea if he wants to take on this kind of case, but I for one would fly across the country and pay an entry fee to see him put one particular guest of honor up on the stand for a few hours

Then again I remember watching Utah Senator Orrin Hatch, a former prosecutor, questioning someone in a Supreme Court nominee confirmation procedure several years ago. That was something to watch too.
