Sorry, I tried to change my last post and deleted it.

I want to say Thanks to Bill too. I don't always agree with a few things but very few and always look forward to what you will post next.We drink Shinner Bock here is South Texas and I can afford to split a 12 pack.

Certified Demand letter to Harry, for a refund of moneys that He received for a bogus order on NEW FACTORY STRUTS in Oct 8, 2007. First attempt to deliver certified letter was 1:04 P.M. 1/22/08 attempt failed, either wouldn't accept or isn't there.? It will be in P.O. for about a week then will be returned to sender "ME", and will go in the file.

I bought some parts off ebay one time, and could not get the seller to respond. Called the local police department and had them contact the party. I would try that next. Told them I thought it was a case of fraud. George

You guys are barkin' up the wrong tree IMHO, and are wasting valuable time. You're doing the equivalent of "verbally warning a crack addict to stop doing crack, using a stern, concerned voice".

Although certainly a question for legal experts, and I ain't one, methinks you need to contact the US Dept. of Commerce and the US Postmaster General's office.

You need to tell this story to them, and make sure to consistently write and speak the key catch phrases "Interstate Commerce" , "Mail Fraud" and "Across State Lines" in your correspondence.

Basically, you're trying to chase a mountain goat around in the Rocky Mountains, and so far you've been using a Lincoln Town Car to do it. All I'm saying is that you need to bring in Coyotes and Cougars to help you, instead of Hertz rent-a-Lincoln (the lawyers)!

Ya, thanks for the advise George, I've already tried that a couple of times, and just recently sent another letter and an email, to the county Sheriff, and they don't respond.

Bill, you are exactly right, but I just got to get the last word on this or at least say I sure tried to. This jerk has screwed folks all over this country and has gotten away with it for the most part, I"m not going to give up without a fight, right now what I"m putting together is a case, and its "TOGETHER", I just might be the next Factory

people like harry just piss me off.

I never ordered any parts from him or sent him any money, but when I get home from this current adventure I am on, I think I will just mosey on down to South Texas and have a face to face with him.

Good going Kev, and what would be interesting is what you find?? even if he is there?? I seriously doubt if that place is in operation. I can't even get Mike Rice the webmaster to return calls, something very wrong, It could be that Harry is continuing to exploit folks over the net, and not dealing with folks that are hip to his deals, over this forum, There are 2x as many folks that are not participating in the forum, that are out there and have no clue as to what this criminal is all about

                            Kev

Did finally get feedback from Mike Rice this morning. Apparently what he is saying is that Harry is having problems with the FAA, they now are questioning his authority to make parts?? wooooo, and Harrys parts are listed as terminating action parts in the strut A/D boy is this deal getting wierd, now the factory isn't authorized to make parts??????

who knows, wish I were a little mouse and could just see for myself. also says he has been in contact with Harry, so apparently Harry does have a phone, just doesn't operate the one at the business.

I sent emails to FAA asking about this, and asking if they could shed some light on the subject. Last time I asked the subject was short and sweet
and they totally side stepped the issue.

What's needed is a LOOOONG boat ride out into the gulf, where he falls overboard in the middle of the night. (Did I mention the small cuts made in each leg, just enough to bleed a little?)

So what is the answer? Has ANYONE received struts sent from the Taylorcraft factory in Brownsville? I have heard from some of you who have not. PM me if you have.
